Court-Mandated & Justice-Related Therapy

HWC also works with individuals referred or required to participate in treatment through the court or justice system, including individuals with sexual offense-related treatment requirements. When appropriate and authorized, we coordinate with probation officers, attorneys, courts, and other referral sources while maintaining appropriate clinical and confidentiality standards.

What to Expect

Getting started typically begins with a behavioral health assessment so we can better understand your needs and determine appropriate treatment recommendations. From there, you and your therapist develop goals and an individualized treatment plan. Depending on the service and clinical appropriateness, therapy may be available in person or by telehealth.
